Welcome to the Clinic 334 patient page which aims to provide existing and prospective patients with more information regarding the services we provide. Clinic 334 is an independent specialist service based at the Cedar Bank House, Wilmslow (8 Hawthorn Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5DD).

The clinic is predominantly a referral service and prospective patients should ideally have a referral from their dentist. Should you not be registered at the moment with a general dentist but wish to be seen at Clinic 334, a referral from your doctor will be sufficient.

Amin and the staff at Clinic 334 strive to provide the best possible service for patients under our care. We understand and never underestimate the trust placed in us by your referring dentist Our objective is to provide a friendly, relaxed and stress-free environment for your treatment and comprehensive support throughout and after treatment. The team at Clinic 334 has gained experience over many years in looking after patients who frequently present as complex cases requiring careful management and feel we are best suited for your care. The feedback from our patients is the best way of providing testimony to our successful philosophy.

Patients referred to Clinic 334 often present with complex treatment needs and the initial consultation is their first opportunity to discuss their concerns and dental problems. 

The aim of the consultation is to reach a decision regarding the available treatment options.  The consultation fee (£150.00) includes a written report summarizing the discussion and providing further details and expected fees for each option.

Patients should be aware that certain cases need further additional information before the treatment options can be discussed, where there may be the need for a further appointment to review the initial findings.

The nature of our specialist care is such that there is often a need for involvement of other specialties for advice and occasionally treatment. The latter is particularly the case where we need to optimize the end result in the care of the aesthetic or cosmetic case. Subsequent referral to other colleagues may be necessary within the field of periodontics, orthodontics and endodontics.

Complaints Procedure

At Clinic 334 we always endeavour to provide high quality treatment in a friendly environment. However , if you have any concerns regarding any aspect of your care, please contact the practice manager who will try to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. A full copy of our concerns and complaints policy is readily available at reception.
