Denevo Endo of LL8
Denovo endo of LL8 with extreme curves. Successfully and safely negotiated with Wave One Gold. Obturated with warm vertical techniques and bioceramic sealer.
Taurodont treatment
Taurodont managed with de-novo endo at Clinic 334 but disease remerged on the MB root. Apical surgery was undertaken with ultrasonic preparation and MTA retro-fill.
Endodontic Treatment
Referred following failure to access the canal. Extensive pulp canal obliteration present. Canal located and endodontic treatment completed with minimal iatrogenic damage.
Complex Treatment UR6
Referred for instrument removal and completion of endodontic treatment UR6. The instrument was removed with ultrasonics before completion of shaping with Pro Taper Gold and cleaning with a sodium hypochlorite and etidronate mix. Obturated with warm vertical techniques and bioceramic sealer and an amalgam Nayyar core.
Complex Retreatment LL7
Complex retreatment LL7 requiring fibre post removal. Patency was regained, shaping undertaken with ProTaper Gold and finished with XP-Finisher files. Obturated with warm vertical techniques and bioceramic sealer before placement of a new bonded foundation restoration.
Denovo Treatment UL7
Case 8: Denovo endodontic treatment UL7 with questionable prognosis. Once the foundation restoration was placed shaping was finished with Hyflex EDM One files revealing subtle curves and merging buccal canals. Obturated with warm vertical techniques and bioceramic sealer.
Denovo Endodontic Treatment
Denovo endodontic treatment UL6: long canals necessitated the use of 31mm files to complete shaping. Obturated with warm vertical techniques and bioceramic sealer.
MB1 Canal
Complex retreatment. The MB1 canal was non-negotiable but, following CBCT it was evidence MB2 was present, patent and merged with MB1. MB2 was successfully shaped and cleaned.
Double s-shaped canal
A double s-shaped canal successfully negotiated with Wave One Gold and obturated with warm vertical techniques and bioceramic sealer.
Pulp canal treatment
Pulp canal obliteration UR4 successfully accessed and treated with Hyflex EDM One files.
68 year old female
68 year old female referred for management of periodontal disease and discussion around replacement restorations anteriorly. Following successful cause-related periodontal therapy and endodontic revision 4 new zirconium crowns were placed.
35 year old male
35 year old male presented requesting new crowns UL1 and UR1 Following endodontic revision, composite was added to the laterals before placement of lithium disilicate crowns on the centrals.
51 year old male
51 year old male had noticed deteriorating condition of the lower front teeth over some years. A referral was made and treatment was carried out with direct composite (and no tooth adjustment).
66 year old male
66 year old gentleman had been aware of the deteriorating condition of his teeth for some years but had opted not to have any treatment. A referral was finally made, and the seriousness of the situation was explained with all the options. A conservative treatment, with direct composite (and no tooth adjustment) was carried out, to the patient’s delight.
36 year old male
36 year old gentleman, partly unhappy with appearance of teeth but more concerned of the deteriorating situation. The majority of the teeth were built-up with composite resin material, with no adjustment to the teeth required.
32 year old female
32-year-old lady was frustrated with chipped teeth and failing veneers. Initial build-up of teeth before replacement veneers on three teeth.
47 year old male

28 year old patient presented with aesthetic issues due to lost gum structure around a localised area. Direct composite resin was used to restore aesthetics to a pleasing outcome.

65 year old lady presented with recently placed veneers that had experienced multiple chipping and debonding episodes. Veneers replaced and have been problem-free since.
