Patient Journey
As a referral practice we regularly see patients from across the North West and further afield who have been sent to us for complex dental treatments by their dentist. Our team are on hand to guide you through your patient journey at Clinic 334. We look forward to welcoming you.
Step 1 – Referral
We ask for a referral from your dentist, who can provide a brief background of your present situation.
Step 2- Consultation
Our team will contact you to arrange a consultation appointment involving a detailed assessment. After this you will be provided with a written report explaining the options, treatment times and expected costs.
Step 3 – Treatment
Once you have agreed to the treatment plan we will schedule your appointments and your treatment will be provided by our dedicated and experienced team
Step 4 – Aftercare
Long term aftercare. This will be carried out by the general dentist and/or the team at Clinic 334.
